Processing Fee

DOT-EXTM charges a $495 processing fee (Processing Fee) upon acceptance of an LOI. The Processing fee is non-refundable.


Success Fee

A one percent (1.00%) success fee (Success Fee) is charged to borrowers for loans funded through an introduction provided by DOT EX.com. The Success Fee is based upon the gross loan amount and does not include deductions or allowances for any other costs, fees or expenses.
