DOT-EXTM displays deed of trust offered for sale by holders seeking liquidity. Buying interest is generated from hard money funds, individual investors, hedge funds and other professional asset management companies.

Secondary Market Listing Guidelines
Brokers acting on the behalf of clients or deed of trust holders seeking to sell their loan on their own should fill out and submit the application form below. We will review the deed of trust summary and contact you for additional information. We will then create a listing based upon the information provided to us.

Prior to posting on the Exchange Floor, the seller will have an opportunity to view and approve the listing in a special editing area. Once posted on the Exchange Floor, your listing will be available for viewing by our entire Investor group, including hard money funds, high net worth individual investors and professional asset managers. Although we cannot guarantee a successful sale, we can assure you that your listing will be viewed by many active investors seeking investment opportunities just like the one that you are offering.

60 Day Listing Period
The Listing Period begins on the date a new listing is posted in the Exchange. No listing will appear until the seller has approved the listing’s content. Weekly notifications for newly available secondary market listings are sent to Members, driving viewers to your listing.

Success Fee
A Success Fee of 2% is charged to deed of trust loans sold through an introduction provided by DOT-EX.com. The Success Fee is based upon the gross sale amount and does include any other charges, fees, expenses or deductions from gross sale proceeds.
